Chick-fil-A

Chick-Fil-A is our all time favorite, but we feel the quality of this restaurant has gone down since they reopened after the remodel of the parking lot. I'm not sure if management changed or what, but there is a noticeable difference in the cleanliness of the restaurant, the amount of time you wait for your food, and the service. We've been disappointed lately.

Was usually not a chick fil a fan almost strictly because of how long the lines are at all times of the day. Now they have an app where you can plan an order and get curbside pickup. This fits my fast food needs perfectly so here we are at 5 stars now.

Drivethru and parking was packed. So I ordered online and followed instructions via the online order app to park in a spot and turn on your blinkers. Well that didn’t work because I waited 30 minutes! I then called the store where they hung up on me twice. Then I moved spots closer to the mobile order parking and told an employee if they can send out a manager for me. 20 minutes later a manager with my food came. When she asked where was I parked and then kept telling me I was parked in the wrong spot over and over again and how it wasn’t their fault but mine. Never thought I’d see the day were they would have bad customer service!
