Order came quick but the biscuits for chicken minis were over done and hard

I love chick-fil-a!! This place is so convenient when flying out of JetBlue. I always like to swap the waffle fries out for a cookie and they allow that here. The single cookies are wRm and chewy and so good! But can you believe they are almost 400 calories a piece?? Photos as of April 2019

I love Chick-fil-A but this store is not run with the same professionalism as any other store. Had to ask nicely 4 times if they had honey and the manager got attitude with me slammed a box looking for it and never found it. She was very rude and unprofessional.

I just wanted a milkshake. They said no more milkshakes without an explanation. It's 7:30pm and they close around 9pm. I feel like they just didn't feel like making anymore.

Customer Service and quality was outstanding.

TPA Airport, single most worst experience at any Chick Fil A ever visited. I waited 13 minutes from 802a until 815a for a biscuit. The biscuit was awful (hindsight) - hard, non CFA fresh, tasted dry! I’d love a voucher for a new. When I asked if they had mine at the 10 minute mark after ordering, they said not yet. They gave biscuits in bags to 9 customers or so after me! Manager was bagging and skipped me through two batches of biscuits UP!

Great food as per usual at chick fil a... it’s a Tuesday morning at 9:30am and took over 35 mins for one single order. No one on the staff seems to care about getting our food in a timely manner. One person taking orders, one “manager” walking slowly from the back to the front and she’s the one packaging and distributing the food. Takes about 40 mins from the line, to order, to receive food. Don’t stop here if you don’t have 40 mins... and if you’re here that early, kuddos
