Always crowded but they get you out quickly. Order always perfect and cooked to perfection unlike those guys across the street *cough* Popeyes

Been more times than I can count and they always have fantastic service and delicious food. My only complaint is its position, the drive thru line can sometimes wrap around the building onto pisgah church rd, but even then, they have people outside taking orders to move things along faster

The Pisgah Church Chick-fil-a never disappoints. The staff is super friendly & the food is always top-notch.

The time you order something comes to you real quick so I'll give that 10/10 and especially that spicy chicken sandwich with the polymanion sauce however you spell that but its delicious👍🕺🏽❗

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Their customer service is always excellent. Also I just tried their mac and cheese for the first time today, and it is amazing, I highly recommend to try it!

I used the Chick Fil A mobile app under my wife’s name to order 2 sandwiches. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked one of the staff about my food which she then goes to check and inform that the machine did not print my order. After that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my sandwiches which no compensation was offered for their mistake. As a customer who visits this store weekly, I do not feel that this issue was handled appropriately and I have even attempted to contact the store 3 times to speak with a manager regarding the matter but no answer. Extremely disappointed!!!

Always a great place to eat with friendly staff, fast service and they have a play area for kids. Their fruit bowls are great.

Prices are higher than the food is good. Menus stay about the same. Need more variety to choose from. Same old food.

Always come to this location because it’s close to where I live. Even though, I’m sure everyone can agree, that Chick-fil-A is a bit pricey. But because we love it so much, we don’t care so much. Everyone is friendly! I’m always in the drive thru less than five minutes. My order is always right! That’s why I always return. I love getting rewards for free items! I loved that their was a national giveaway for loyal members!❤️ Yum yum

Better service and cleaner than most national chains.

You just can't beat those waffle fries. They also taste great with their ice cream. Their breakfast also hits the spot. But what I admire the most is their customer service. They are also not stingy with their condiments like some that charge you an extra twenty-five cents. That is why they are Blessed.

I love Chick Fil A. It is sooo good. There waffle fries are awesome! I usually get the 4 count strip meal with fries and Polynesian sauce and Chick Fil A sauce! It is sooo good.
