Good food and great service

This morning, right when they opened, I ordered a chicken mini entree and was highly disappointed. They had cut up an old chicken patty from the night before instead of using chicken nuggets. Additionally, there was no butter on the bread and it was very cold. I took pictures for reference. Will not be coming back to this location. Have not experienced this bad of service

Offer gluten free buns for sandwiches, and they are DELICIOUS!! by far the best tasting gluten-free sandwich available!!

The double drive thru with the conveyor belt was a neat feature. Service was a tad slow, especially for Chick-fil-A, but the food was great and servers were nice!

I really like the Chic minis in the morning and the grilled nuggets with Mac and cheese, but some reason lately food tastes different. Maybe I need a break

This wasn't my best experience this time. I'm not sure if the girl was new or what. But she had trouble taking my order and then when I asked for ketchup at the window she acted like I was asking for free food.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. When my order was wrong the staff corrected it promptly.

September 10th 4:15pm got in line. We finally made it to the window at 5:06pm. The lady in the outside window said it was due to shift change. Not to mention we got someone else’s order and realized it by the time we got home. This staff needs to have better supervision. The store on Mcfarland near Hwy 69 is ridiculously faster and more professional. I will not go to the store on Mcfarland bear Meadowbrook shopping center ever again.

Personal working outside friendly but personal on the window really bad attitude I ask two times for ketchup and she refuse to give me some I order 4 meals and 2 salads and 2 extra fries it was a order close to $60 dollars and she don’t want to give me any ketchup for my 5 order of fries !!!! Ridiculous

Super slow service. However, they are really polite.

When you purchase a parfait they up the price $3but it doesn't show on the recipe

Be prepared for long lines. The undisputed heavyweight champ of chicken sammiches draws a crowd. Even after sitting in line for 20 minutes you'll forget you're running late once you take a bite of world's first, and best, chicken sammy.

This is easily the slowest drive through I have experienced in my entire life, got trapped on the inside line and couldn’t leave so had to wait 30 mins for food
