This location has serious efficiency issues

It's a chain restaurant but food quality is good

Amazing food cooked fresh. As well as great staff and everything went smooth as far as service. I would def. recommend this place to anyone.

This recent experience was catering and they were excellent. Food was on time and fresh and the person getting my order was friendly. Great job!

This location changes so many of the items on their menu it's unreal. Now they have reduced the size of their largest vanilla Ice Cream Cup to a small cup instead of the large cup (1/2 the ice cream for around the same price), I am sure your profit margin is so much better now that you continue to "screw" the customer. This is the busiest one ( BofA Plaza) probably in Charlotte but they still find ways to make more money at the customer's expense. This may seem such a small deal to you but there have been so many things you have cut out at this location. No more for me!!! Things like fried chicken in their salads & sizes of the keel salad, salads dressing (1000's Island, gone) & now this!!!

Inside a small shopping mall place. Was kind of a strange set up for me personally. But the outside was cool with all of the bright colored chairs. I enjoyed it and it made me a bit happier. #skipastraw #savetheturtles #siliconestraw

The employees are the sweetest. Normally packed around lunch time though. I also wish we could order then just pick up instead of going there to log in before the meal is prepared

It's your normal chick fil a, Texas Pete is behind the counter though so you have to ask for it. The line looks massive but it's the fastest moving line you'll ever be in

Always great friendly service and delicious food. I was able to get a free 8 count nugget that day

Best location in Charlotte. No matter how long the line is, they will get you your food in less than 10 minutes. I wish the dining room was bigger but this place is always fully staffed, friendly, and fast... The food tastes good too.

We ordered for the office through door dash. The fries were cold and disgusting. I was missing a sandwich. I was charged extra for tomato and lettuce when the sandwich already cane with it. We just wanted wanted it on the side bc there was no bun ordered for the sandwich. One sandwich had pickles and it clearly said no pickles. Not even half the sauces we asked for were in the bag either. It was a disaster. And chick fila told is to contact door dash. I was on hold forever with them. Never again!

It's Chick-fil-A! It's fairly consistent from restaurant to restaurant. The service is always pleasant and quick to take your order and get your food up. The food is always tasty.
