This place is the example of great service. They honor our troops and first responder community with great respect.... Thanks for that.

I love chic fil a they are always outgoing and the pretty fast with getting you your order. This always will be one of my favorite places to eat. The food and customer services is out of this world.

Poor service and rude staff. I have ordered from this chick-fil-a through door dash a few times, every time I receive my order it's wrong and something is missing - The manager can't be bothered about it. It's the worst service I have ever received from a chick-fil-a.

There were sooo tasty!!! I am gonna eat them again and again lol

One of my favorite fast food joints. Love the variety of grilled options they have. Grilled items are still flavour and well priced.

This particular one has really bad service, they don't have a drive-thru, so you would expect ever register to be open on the inside because Downtown is a really busy area, right? No. Its only ever 2 registers open. Including on a Saturday. Find another chic fil a if you can.

This place is self explanatory of greatness. I am definitely a constant visitor of this place. Please bring back the KEY LIME lol!!!

My family and i go a least twice a week...we always have a great experience at all the chick-fil-a restaurants...

Always love Chick-fil-A and their chicken nugget meals and ice cream cones. Clean location and fast service. The usual "my pleasure" with every thank you. This may be rhe fastest service i have ever gotten from the busiest store i have ever been in! And as always with chick fil a free drink refills at the tables! I love this company and i enjoy seeing its standards remain intact in such a busy area.

I feel as though they need more training on greeting people and taking orders even handling money. I got an attitude from the man taking my order he even had the nerve to drop the sauce on the counter when i had my hand out then gave me my change where it fell on the floor

For a chain with such high standards this location puzzles me. I've been in here during the busy lunch rush and gotten my order almost instantly and the place was clean. I've also been in here around 7pm on a weekday when it's not as busy and it's taken 10 to 15 minutes from the time my order was placed for them to call my name with the order being ready and it smelled like a urinal with trash everywhere. This location does not have the color coded place holders where they can bring your food out to you the other locations have they just call your name. Staff has ways been friendly, some shifts they are fast others slow. Homeless and panhandlers outside and inside this place at all times.

Mr Victor was a amazing! His customer service was top notch! We brought in a group of 22 highschool students and 7 staff members and he served us with patience and a smile! If i had any say he deserves a promotion and a raise.

I was in town visiting a client who treated us to Chick-fil-A for lunch! Coming from Canada, this is a rare and special treat for me! Delicious as always!

Fast and friendly service with a smile with food cooked to order without any wait time. Has to be my favorite fast food establishment to visit to date. My favorite menu meal would have to be the Spicy Chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese topped with polynesian sauce, large Sweet Tea with lite Ice and large waffle fries.
