Chick-fil-A

Order a superfood side salad in small.. took them about 8 minutes to give it to me. The girl who took my order said a guy was going to go get it and time passed and he just disappeared to the back. Don’t think I’ll order something as simple as a small salad because who knows how long it will take.

The service was good, and quick, and the order was accurate. The young lady behind the register was professional and very helpful and patient.

Never been to one and it sucked only fast food place that is consistent as hell... Love my chica fila

Waited 35 mins for my food and received cold fries. Update: I decided to go back and was presented with a great staff that gave me my food in under 5 mins. I was very impressed

I came in last night around 7:30 PM to get a #1 sandwich meal. A manager named Bayley took my order and was wonderful throughout the whole process. She was very nice and patient throughout my long order (I can be quite picky and indecisive with my food) and still she kept a smile on her face and seemed cheerful to take my order. She even recommended which sauces I should get for my fries and sandwich. I got my food in a timely manner and it was delicious! The whole experience was wonderful and I can't say enough nice things to say about Bayley and this Chick-fil-A. Her customer service skills was off the charts! I definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A for anyone looking for superb customer service and good food.

I can’t imagine a worser customer service by some weird named lady “tik” (brown skin with braided hair) so I came up to her, clearly asking for “a salad bowl” she then said oh you just want just the empty bowl? Then gave me a dirty look like I’m stupid. I was nice enough to repeat that I would like a salad bowl with chicken inside. Of course she still act like she didn’t understand what I’m trying to say so I had to point out the pictures to her. Another thing is she does not know how to say hello nor thank you, but what she does know is to sigh and roll her eyes. She needs to take her A back to the kitchen or just simply quit
