Food has quality has been on the decline lately, orders not filled properly. Employees are always nice and courteous will fixing their errors but food needs to get better.

I would give 5 stars bc the food & service is good However, Chic fila usually has the best sweet tea and this is the only one that the sweet tea is unsatisfying, weak & not sweet enough, not the way it usually is at a Chic Fila.

Chick-fil-A is always on point and never slacks. They are really professional and can get the food out fast and friendly. I have a small child so it's a perfect place for her to eat and not eat garbage McDonald's or Burger King or the like. We usually eat Chick-fil-A about once a month and it's a nice treat. Have a great day and enjoy your food here. The spicy chicken sandwich is the very best. So good.

Good food. Enjoyed the grilled nuggets, French fries, oatmeal chocolate chunk cookie and mango tea leamonade. Good customer service, friendly, play place, outdoor seating, clean restaurant and restrooms, etc. Overall relaxing and fun place to go.

Today I visited during lunch, the drive thru was packed per usual. So I actually decided to go inside and enjoy my meal dining in. Even while being super busy the staff were attentive, the restaurant wasn't too crazy inside and seating was available AND the tables and floors were clean! I always order the Number One, my food was hot and fresh. Thanks Chick fil a @Jacksonville Town Center

I've come here plenty of times before and always had great experiences, however this particular time I brought a coupon for a small caramel frozen coffee, which I had been looking forward to since the moment I woke up, and unfortunately I had realized at the register that the coupon was only good at the Mandarin location. I decided to just forget about it at that point and go back to work, but they honored the coupon anyway and got me my coffee and I was able to make it back to work without being late! Great service!!
