I've definitely had better service at other Chick-fil-A locations. We ordered our meal with a drink and it came with no side. We were both from out of town and we were baffled because we order the same exact way in our hometown and we get the combo and sauce (no sauce was offered or put in the bag, not even ketchup). In addition, when I order and say no pickles, that is what I mean. It wasn't until I got back to my hotel that I realized it. This franchise wasn't terrible, but it needs some improvement.
