Chick-fil-A

Surprised to find that this location does not cook nuggets and fries well-done. This is the only location I've visited that allows customers to only get three sauces. My dine-in order was given to me in a to-go bag. I understand that they're busy at lunch, but so are other locations who do an excellent job. The food was hot and good however. Not impressed with this location.

The chicken patties are a bit small and thinner compared to other places serving the same thing, but it's a great tasting sandwich nevertheless. I also didn't like that they charge you extra for the deluxe which includes tomato and lettuce while competitors add it as the base.

The soup which I ordered was cold and taste less.

Food was delicious as usual. It's good to see that no matter what state I have been to Chick-fil-A is always busy. They are clearly doing something right.

What happened to the Chick-fil-A charm and kindness?Came around 9:50am to get some nuggets. I realized it was still breakfast time. I asked if I could order lunch and wait, they said “nothing for lunch, breakfast only” and proceed to ask for the next person in line. I waited for 5 minutes on the side, no one would talk to me, so I made the line again and this time said “the chicken minis are literally nuggets with bread, can I order those without the bread please”, and they said “yeah, you can order nuggets”. What? This is what I was asking earlier, I apparently cracked the code. This is very unlike the Chick-fil-A I grew to love. It’s not just this location, also had a terrible experience last time I went to the Peachtree Industrial location in Suwanee.I hope this is temporary or just bad luck. I love Chick-fil-A too much. :(

I love Chick fil A, but this location is seriously the worst one I have ever been to. They get orders wrong, are rude when you try to correct them, and all lines (inside and out) move insanely slow. Every time I come here, I am reminded why I hate this location so much.

Popeyes has nothing on chickfila. Spicy deluxe is unbeatable

I ordered a kids meal (strips)l with ranch. No ranch in bag ranch sauce and chicken was soft and greasy.And the line was crazy in drive thru cars blocking the entry to cut in the line. Usually other Chic fil-A's have someone helping with the flow.

Just not up to par. Chick fil a set high standards that just wasn't there. Just they had an off day.

This is the worst location I have ever been to! The customer service is honestly worse than the McDonalds across the road. Most of the employees are rude and they limit you to two sauces per meal which i have NEVER experienced in a Chik Fil A before. The food is good but other than that i am extremely disappointed in this location.

Now they do chicken right! The team is always friendly and they work to get you through the drive-thru without feeling rushed! Love 'Joy & Larry' in the morning!

It CFA so it's always good. Heard they were adding Mac & cheese to the menu. The BIG mystery is when are they bringing back Cole slaw?? 😳

Great location n amazing staff

Love the sandwiches and the peach shake. Wouldn't recommend the nuggets; kind of dry.
