Chick-fil-A

I worked at a Chick-fil-A for 5-6 years- drive thru was more my expertise. This chick fil a has a ton of issues... I avoid coming to this one for a multiple reasons. If you’re planning on going to the drive thru set out at least 10-15 extra minutes for yourself because you will be sitting in line for a while, if you go inside you will be standing in line for a while as well. I’m not sure why they haven’t figured something out to make their system go faster by now.... also they WILL forget something in your order 99% of the time. I hate it because I still love chick fil a and always want some but have to drive an extra 15 minutes away just to save some time and get a correct order. It’s really not that hard of a job. I’m not one to complain but this place makes a bad name for all Chick-fil-As around.

Good food but way too pricey for a fast food place.

Chick-fil-a is always the best when it comes to customer service and quality food, and I'm sure everyone is aware of that. This location though, my favorite location and the closest to me. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Every single person. They always have a smile on their face, even if they may be having a bad day. Also enjoyed the free biscuit that I received today by using their app. Thank you cfa!

The only fast food I can eat. Love it

Currently sitting in the drive through line. I've come here about 6-8 times in the last 6 months and for some reason, their drive through is always slow. By slow, I mean I've always sat no less than 10mins. This is much slower than other chick fil A's in the surrounding area. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, I be sitting and waiting...not even during rush hour. coincidental? Who knows but doesn't make me think of them when I look for a meal going home.Update: received my food and fries were "warm" at best. Grabbed one right after I was handed my food and instant disappointment...

Chick F A is great on customer service. Lines move quickly with new system and food healthiest of fast food chains

Always superb service, food, & atmosphere! Prices could stand to be a little lower. This Chick-fil-A very involved in the community...makes it feel like a cozy, comfort home away from home. Employees always go above & beyond. Pleasant touch of fresh flowers on every table.

Very busy for time of day. Long wait for order. Was told this location is being remodeled and will be clised for several months.

I’ve visited this location for years - it’s always clean inside and the staff are helpful. Food isn’t always the fastest but it is regularly busy, so that’s understandable.

They don't punish you for choosing them for fast food. Order is always correct.and they have your time as a priority.. also the quality of the food is always great.

Friendly service, treated me like family. It is my first to a Chick fil A (I'm from NJ) and whothe host served me my food was wonderful. Allowed me to try a sample their famous ice tea and homemade lemonade. 5/5 stars. This branch deserves recognition of the best customer service.

I love Chick-fil-A. 5stars for consistently good service and great food fast. I am not as happy with the app. It is very glitchy since they converted to loyalty points program. I have had multiple orders "disappear" from the time it took me to go from the drive through to the window. I use the app often, so I am very familiar with how to use it. Overall, I just don't like the app. It has lost it's simplicity.
