Service was efficient and fast even with such a long line up. Sandwich and lemonade was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

I’m glad this place has some great reviews. I honestly love the chicken sandwich there. I’ve only been to chick fa la 2x just because it’s a 25 minute drive from my home but both times I Decided to take the drive to get a sandwich was well worth it. It is very packed most of the time but that only shows how great the food is. The employees are actually really nice and helpful. Try going to a McDonald’s, Wendy’s, or Burger King in your area and I 100% guarantee they aren’t as quick or as nice. I would highly recommend at least giving this place a try! Don’t judge it over things that are out of their control! They do their best clearing up the lines with an insane amount of employees on staff and sure the parking lot is small but I never had trouble parking. Keep up the great work managers, owner, and employees at this chick fa la.

I love the food..no doubt. I went there May 1st, ordered for 2 people. Service was not up to par. The frosty lemonade was watery and there was much condensation on the cup. Usually it's in a styrofoam cup, but they put it in a clear plastic cup. They did not put any of the sauces we requested in the bag. Been there plenty of times, and this was the worst. I understand we experiencing challenging moments but service still needs to be up to standards and the food of quality.

Was my first time long line different way to order food. The chicken sandwich is a piece of chicken in between bun with pickle should offer lettuce and tomatoes. Staff was super nice

Always a great place to eat with the atmosphere that it provides. They actually had real flowers on each table and had to be like 30 tables inside . Pricing on food is definitely reasonable a person for a meal. Great quality food as well nothing cheap like you can taste in others, chicken products like fatty and soggy breading. They are quite busy do to the good food and service. The only issue I had being there is there BATHROOMS if your that busy you should at least have one person in each bathroom checking on it every hour. For a restaurant that high in demand the restroom is what people always talk about first after all the good food and service. And unfortunately I thought it was dirty and forgotten about. Only thing I would say and change. Always and forever a CHICK-FIL-A girl but step up the games guys!

When it isn't crazy busy at any of their locations it's always a great experience! Good food and always more than pleasant staff makes for a winning combination! If you've never been, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret!

This places is super delicious and very popular, in fact maybe a little to popular. The line up is outrageous. The parking lot is way to small for this location, we had to drive around for a few minutes before we found a parking spot. We had to wait about half an our in line just to get our order put in. The food was really good and the staff is absolutely great. We took our food to the hotel as the places was to busy.

The online app is amazing. You can input your order with your credit card number. When you are close to the restaurant, the app notifies them that you are almost there. This way your food is hot when you arrive. You can skip the lines and pick up your order in the pick up area.

So glad they finally opened this location in Buffalo! I'm from Toronto, Canada and me and my mother drove all the way there to enjoy this food! What a great experience! The food was delicious and didn't disappoint at all. And the service was perfect! From the cashiers to the wait staff to the managers, everyone treated us with respect and took extra care of all the patrons. The restaurant is very clean and the bathrooms are serviced well. Until the Toronto location opens up, we will be back for sure!

Food is always fresh. This location it's always crazy busy, but the staff is so quick and friendly. We barely have to wait. They do a great job keeping up with cleaning. I love how clean they keep the high chairs for kids!

This is a prime example of how sometimes basic is better. Sandwiches are no frills, but loaded with comfort food goodness. The only drag is you're limited to 2 sauces per entree.This location has a three part drive through in an effort to speed up service. Employees are very polite and well mannered
