Great food, fast drive-thru and counter service both. Also, a great call ahead service.

The food is good but the drive thru is a nightmare. I don't know why they insist on having people outside taking your order. It takes twice as long and you can't see the order menu so like now when they are having promos (Mac&cheese, peppermint choc chip milkshake), you can't see them til after you've ordered and paid. And the window with a person outside handing you your food is just silly. No I don't need a drink carrier for two drinks but you hand it to me without asking to make it easier for you. I have to unload my drinks and hand it back. Again just makes it take longer than needed.

Amazing staff, they are soooo clean. Amazing and grateful got a place of this stature in the south end.. we deserve these types of clean POLITE and upstanding places in our area... not just the east end. Thank you for setting the bar for everyone else in our area!

The line was long, but it was pretty fast. The food was awesome and fast as well.

Visiting from Virginia and my experience here was fantastic. I had the Cobb Salad and it was prepared delishiously. The service was great. Would highly recommend this place. Thank You.

Nice staff and good food, but the kids play area definitely isn’t the cleanest! The line of gray along the window is all built up dust and trash. :(

Best fast food restaurant i love that you can order online and then get to the restaurant and dit at a table and tell them what table your at by the app and they come and bring your food.

Best service in town. Chicken nuggets are the best. I wish the portions were larger.

I love Chick fil a. this specific location has amazing food and friendly staff!! always super clean and Cozy seats! Nice backround music. bathroom is super clean all the time!!!! you should defenitely eat here

Drive thru was quick and easy despite long line that almost kept us from stopping. Food was hot, servers were polite. Never had an issue here!

Best Customer Service EVER and Spicy Chicken sandwich 😊😜

I'm unsure why they have their employees outside taking orders before the menu/speaker, for those that want to explore the menu aren't able to do so. I understand they want to make the service as fast as possible, I just don't don't think that makes things much faster, rather more confusing and rushed. As far as their food, it's pretty good.
