I've always had a love experience here! The crew working has the classic chick fil a mentality but you can tell they all love working with each other.

Great customer service, drive-thru is fast, overall have always had a positive experience eating at this CFA location.

I love Chick fil a. I have been eating there for years. I must say that this is the first time I ever had a complaint. I brought a regular sandwich, waffle fries and 12pc nuggets. The sandwich was dry the bread was hard and didn't have any pickles on it. I was very disappointed. Just had to let you know.

As always, chik fil a provides consistent services and food. I say services because the employees there always try to make you feel like they're happy your there. They don't mind you taking forever in your order or taking your complaints ( no matter how ridiculous ) and trying there best to fulfil them. Overall great franchise.

My family and I Love how the Chickfila on Fairburn Rd Douglasville has been remodeled in 2019. Very nice

The food is good, and the servers are pleasant and polite. But we were disappointed to discover that the ordering and pickup counters are outside and there is no indoor seating. We had to go sit in our car to eat our lunch, since the weather was bad. This would be a good place to pick up takeout, but I'll go somewhere else the next time we want to sit down and relax at lunchtime.

Handling the Covid-19 with the best sanitation methods. I have eaten at chick fil a more since the pandemic than before due to how the assembly line they have going on doesn't allow 1 person to touch everything with the same gloves.

What can I say! Great atmosphere. Nice young people working there. Always friendly. Fries sometimes isn't fresh. They get you in and out. This location understands the true definition of fast food!

The service was really fast the food was really good. The idea of sitting outside is a nice idea. However, on Windy days not so easy.

I went through the drive thru twice after getting my order messed up. They still got my order wrong! I called the manager again and told her I wanted a refund. She said she would speak with me upon my arrival (my 3rd time coming through). She did not show her face. The cashier took the food back through the window, gave me my refund and said have a nice day. This was a total inconvenience and waste of time and gas.
