Chick-fil-A

This is one of the worst chick fil a drive through experiences I've had. Impatient drivers cause more back ups than anything else, the manager should have more employees outside directing traffic or move the store to a larger location so they can accommodate the large amount of guests they have. My food was cold by the time I got to my destination less than a mile away due to not being able to leave after receiving my food. I won't go back here during the busy hours.

I find it absolutely reprehensible that you fired Lexi who was so clearly very passionate about her job. Even in the video she CLEARLY demonstrated a customer first mindset by making sure that regardless of the situation the customer was still taken care of. I find it hard to believe that the “leadership” at this establishment has any working knowledge on how to properly coach and manage employees if this is the result.

They are fast and fabulous! Their efficiency is amazing and I love the food!

Their food is always sooo good but their sweet tea hasn't tasted very good lately.

Couldn't Believe the amount of people that was in line on the inside, as well as the two lanes they have for the drive through with an attendant walking to each car to order ahead for them so it's ready by the time they arrive at the window. This Place is AMAZING in their Service as well as their Friendliness !!

I have always loved chick fil a and this location sure doesn't disappoint. Great service, happy employees, and ofcourse DELICIOUS CHICKEN. I'm also in love with the fries.

Typically this CFA is great, we come here at least 3 times a week. Today the service was horrible. Drive thru took forever due to employees standing around talking in the drive thru. Also would appreciate it if employees didn’t speak about their political views in the drive thru, saying “Trump isn’t my president.”

Please bring Lexi back! Poor girl loved her job :(

Grilled chicken nuggets - yum! And they are low carb, too!

We asked for two large ice cream cups and they made two cones. Instead of remaking the cups, they just stuffed the cones into cups so we did not receive the full amount of ice cream we paid for. When we asked about it, the server replied, "Well you live and you learn." She then proceeded to close the window and prepare for the next order.

The lady at the window was not friendly. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes when there were only about 5 cars in line. Then when I received my food there was barely any in the container. I will NOT be back to this location.
