Quick and excellent customer care/service. Trying to get out the parking lot after such a pleasant experience is a bit frustrating. It would be helpful if someone could direct the incoming customers to be mindful of the out going customers and not block them in.

Literally one of the fastest fast food services I’ve ever received, food was fresh, staff was friendly.

Parking Lot can be hard to navigate but they do a great job getting everyone through

Food is almost Always fresh and good to taste. The only thing I would say that could be bad about this facility is their prices. Although the quality of food is good I feel the prices are a bit too much! Still one of our family favs!!!

Love the double drive thru. Makes the drive-thru so much quicker. Great customer service and they NEVER get the order wrong.

My wife had just gotten out of surgery and it was difficult for her to eat. I asked if they would cut her chicken biscuit in the core pieces and double or triple wrap it so it would stay warm as I made the 20-minute drive home.What to say for the first time in changing his testimony they not only met my request but they suggested that they would give me a large cup of ice please let me share some of my personal and make the large sweet tea with no ice so it would not melt down on the way home. This works great because once I get the sweet tea there she's just going to sip on it all day.

I ordered a number 2 this morning and my hash browns taste and smell like old grease. Thank God my chicken minis were great, this was the second worse experience with chick fil a. Disappointed to say the least.

The Tennessee St. location (campus) is very friendly and well organized. The food is always fresh and hot, the the drive thru always runs smoothly. I have never spent more than 4 minutes in it even when it's at their busiest time during lunch or breakfast.

The best fast food restaurant I've ever encountered. They're always so friendly. I recommend the Polynesian sauce yummyyy

FSU’s “real” Chick-fil-A stays cool under pressure. Place is usually paced with students, but they manage it somehow. Staff are friendly, full menu, mobile ordering works well. I don’t suggest trying the drive thru because it’s a nightmare always, and I don’t suggest going on peak hours [just check Google Maps for off-peak times]. The staff once gave me a free cookie, and usually go around offering refills like most Chick-Fil-A locations.

It had a Very Pleasant atmosphere. Not rushed or out of control busy. And the staff was courteous and very inviting; warming, if I may add. They made me feel like they wanted me there. I definitely recommend eating inside, as opposed to going through the drive-thru. The visit will be worth it.

Drive thru is the fastest I have ever seen... this location features dual drive thru's plus a nifty contraption that delivers orders to the second lane over your head. Always good customer service!
