We always hit up Chick-fil-A when visiting our relatives in VA. We have one in MI, but it's a hour drive from where I live in Ann Arbor. I love everything on the menu. Enough said.

Best chicken sandwich and nuggets!The one thing that frustrates me is how they start taking orders before I get to the menu screen...why do they do that? I always feel so rushed to make a decision.

Great, fast and friendly service with a smile. I love the app and all the awesome crew members that work the drive thru. I love this location! Great food and lemonade.

This Indian River Road location is one of the fastest serving ones. We ordered 12 piece nugget, two orders of fries and a number one combo with frosted coffee. The nuggets were hot and perfectly breaded. The sandwich was deliciously fresh as is; I didn't add any condiments to it. The waffle cut fries were hot and crispy. My only complaint with the fries are the small crumbled pieces at the bottom of the container-- this seems to happen almost the time.

I normally have nothing bad to say about Chickfila. My family loves Chickfila but the last few times we have been there, they have gotten our order wrong or not put something in the bag when I ordered and paid for it. We do not live close whatsoever and it is always at dinner time when traffic is the worst on Indian River road. I go all the way back up there and all they do is apologize and give me what they forgot. Not taking into account that I’ve now wasted time and gas coming back up there and sometimes have to load my 1 year old up in the car to do so. Just absolutely ridiculous.

I like the healthy options, like grilled nuggets with fruit and milk for my kiddo, and the app is pretty sweet. However the grilled nuggets at this location in particular are always egregiously dry and rubbery like they’ve been lounging under a lamp a smidge too long.

I really love their burgers, so amazing

The best way to describe the service is perfect! The kids are always so polite and happy and respectful. Never fails to be a wonderful experience. And I always have three crazy dogs with me hanging out the window.

Food is always good but the service garbage lately. Consider an app order only line.
