Was gifted a meal with a friend and I was not about to complain. The chicken is always good, the service is always courteous, the property is always clean. I could eat here every day (except Sundays).

Food is always good with Chick-fil-A. The service has been slower than what I have experienced at other places. My friend actually ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and had to settle for a plain due to a large order before us. They gave him 2 free lunch meals so they definitely pride theirselves on how they care for customers. I would eat there again just because how they treat their customers.

Today was so busy - there were multiple events going on in Muncie. We took my aunt to this establishment because she had never been and every time we are in Muncie Chic Fil A is always where we go! The staff as always was composed and all of our food was amazing. Thank you for always providing a positive atmosphere and experience for my family!

In this case there were to many workers NOT looking where they were goin for me to prevent being sandwich. I had to STOP in mid glide almost going into workers area while leaving restroom for NEITHER to hit me or any of us fall or drop items

Great food but it worries me that they don't have more than one person at their pay station at night and it's not very well lit.

Just left here on Black Friday. These people deserve medals. It was completely packed from the time I got here till I left. These people handled themselves very well and you couldn't see not one ounce of frustration on any of the employees faces. Our food was excellent as always and my boys enjoyed the playground as well.
