They gave me the wrong food but now I like the spicy chicken sandwich 😋

Purchased a salad and discovered that it was old and wilted especially on the bottom. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Just left this location and I must say I will no longer be back! Not sure if Nathan (FOH Manager) was in a bad mood or not but, my daughter had some old under the heated light fries, that she was not happy with. As I returned the fries he questioned my loyalty as a customer that wasn’t cool at all.

I am a chic fil a lover but lately I have been getting nuggets that are not completely done, still pinkI actually let it go the first time the next time I took them back up there. The manager stated I need to ask for them well done 🤔 who serves under cooked chicken it’s either done or not done.

I love their number 5. Lines do get long in the afternoons but the food is always great!

I could never say a bad thing about chickfila because I always have a good experience. The people at this particular one, know me by name and always ask how my job has been. Super friendly staff and awesome food.

Love getting my chickfila fix. You normally only have to wait maybe 5mins to get your food.

Although they stay extremely full, the employees are very efficient, they get you in and out without a lot of wait time

The Arbor Place Mall location is great for offering curbside service, but it ALWAYS takes at least 20 minutes to get the food. While I appreciate the idea of not having to get out of the car, it takes WAY too long. It's even worse when they forget something. I ordered a frosted coffee once and it was melted and the drink was spilling over the sides. But, I love CFA and I'll keep coming!

The new bbq sandwich was so- so. The original chicken sandwich tastes better
