Chick-fil-A

This location was very good. Super fast employees and no wait time on food. It looked really clean. Employees were friendly and helpful. We did have a mistake on our order, but they corrected it with zero hassle. I appreciate good customer service. Chic fil a has good management training and it shows in their actions. Customers come first here. Always hot and fresh food. I highly recommend stopping by this location. It can be crowded at times but it’s worth the wait.

Never fails to disappoint. Highest quality of service, food and cleanliness. Such quality creates a high demand and it is always crowded as it should be.

Not too bad of a Chick-fil-A with top notch food quality. There is a massive wait for this particular location since it is in an extremely busy area, so you need to allow for this extra time when scheduling. I took one star since this location no longer sells wraps which is a shame.

I love their grilled chicken pieces and the lemon chiffon drink. It's all great. Even though when you pull up AND it looks looks like there's a long wait line...it moves very quickly.

I drive a truck and I pulled up into the parking lot of the Chick-fil-a in Boone just as a employee was getting ready to leave. I asked her if I could get something to eat, it's kinda hard to get something at a drive thru without a car. She took me up to the drive thru window and told the girls to take my order. She even told them that she would pay for my order. Bless her heart I told her she didn't have to do that but she insisted. I didn't get her name, she was a very nice short blonde hair lady. You just don't know how much I appreciate you doing that for me. She is awesome and so is Chick-fil-a...Again Thank You So Much

Everything was great as always, however this location did not carry the wrap which was very disapointing. That's the only thing I ever get for myself. My son had a great time playing. I would have preferred the wrap as I like some greens with my chicken. Will not eat a salad instead. I will not be going to Chick-fil-A for myself, for lunch if the wrap is discontinued everywhere. Plenty of other fast food options that are cheaper. Bring back the wrap.

My waffle fries was not cooked all the way. Just frustrating with the amount I paid for the combo and get that. Customer service there is really second to none though.

I really wish we had a Chick -fil-A, in Eden, cause I would probably eat there every day, awesome food and staff, you guys should really consider buliding one in Eden, or Reidsville, think it would be worth your while, .....

Very pleasant experience and very friendly staff. I really enjoyed this chic-fil-a location, stopping in for a bit of breakfast. The food was fresh tasting and delicious, and the restaurant was super clean and organized. The bathrooms were also very clean which is nice. Would recommend a visit here.

Everytime I come through the drive thru and order coffee I request cream and sugar and they never put it in there or drop any in the bag. It's happened several times so I believe it is a problem the manager needs to address.
