The service is good but in my opinion they put less chicken in the market salad than other Chick-fil-As

Every time I go to a chick fil a I remember why they are simply the best at what they do. I needed a party tray for an event and had to pick it up first thing after opening. They got it done earlier than expected, were unbelievably friendly the entire time, and gave me a complimentary coffee while waiting, which I did not even think of asking for, but probably needed that morning. Great job to the entire team, and thank you for caring. You rock.

They are AMAZING!! They keep the place clean, amazing staff, and in a very accessible place in Norfolk. There is so many options too!! We love their food, it’s delicious! We especially like their chicken. Way better than the Walmart or Sams Club rip-off. A lot better than Royal Farms’ chicken, too. Their biscuits are also delicious!

I love how efficient these are!! Never a long wait. The peppermint shake is a great winter treat

This is our favorite Chick-fil-A in the area! We drive an extra 5 mins just to go to this location instead of the other because of how friendly the staff is and how good their food quality is. I’ve never waited more than 10 mins in their drive through even when it’s backed all the way up during a rush. Thanks for being so amazing!

I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich but wanted a deluxe. They took my order change, and walked the sandwich I wanted out to the car. Customer service is excellent.

Excellent location. Great staff, they are very patient with my kids which goes a long way. Always great food and the location. We always order for gluten free and they take great care for it. Always recommend.

Loved the space for dining and the spacious drive- thru they have. Friendly service and very helpful attendant to refill ur drinks.

If you like chick-fil-A it's a good location. If you don't like chik fil a You already know you don't so don't go here.

Beautiful new restaurant. Breakfast was great. Freah and hot chicken biscuit! Topped it off with and iced coffee. Can't beat the hand rolled biscuits from the kitchen and fresh produce for salads and wraps.

This location is always prompt and accurate with orders. The location is less than a year old and located outside the Norfolk Premier Outlet. Highly recommend.

The spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and lemonade were all pretty good, the service was quick though, like, kind of had a Stepford Wives aggressively cheerful and wholesome vibe.
