Their services is always wonderful. My food comes fast, and if there is a delay they are super informative.

Went through for lunch, not only was my sandwich wrong, had the incorrect toppings, it had so much batter on I wasn't able to eat. Very frustrating that you are trying to eat on the go and you can't even get a quality meal for $8. I call and they promised to make it right, unfortunately making things right tomorrow doesn't take away from the fact that I paid money to eat today and I was left empty handed. They gave me a coupon for a sandwich and apologized.

It's ok. Not my favorite place. But the kids like it. Fairly quick service. Always the same rude manager disrespecting the employees though. I truly dislike listening to the young people being talked down to, thus making their job experience a negative environment. You would think an older individual/ manager would be more professional than to speak in such a condescending manner to anyone, much less to a young person in their first employment situation. The employee was obviously a teenager trying desperately to do a good job, but so nervous the poor thing was shaking when handing back change. Shame on you Ms Chick-fil-A manager. I won't put your name in this. I'm certain upper management knows who you are. Other than this particular person, our visit was typical Chick-fil-A.

What can I say that everyone doesn't know already. The food is always great and the staff is friendly. It is better to order on phone app and pick up because they are always busy. I wished I owned a store.

I don't live in Griffin but I work here. I've been to this location twice and ordered the cobb salad, both times I realized after I left, that the eggs were not added. I went today and specifically asked for the eggs to be added only to be told "apparently we're out of eggs". If the $8.23 salad doesn't come with eggs, stop advertising falsely.

The guy working the drive thru giving people their food at 9:25 on May 2, 2020 on Taylor St. was SOOOO kind, respectful, and positive. His positive and upbeat attitude BRIGHTENED my morning. I just finished clinic in Radiology and wanted to celebrate with ChickFilA. I didn’t catch his name, but he deserves a raise with his remarkable customer service and helpfulness. He even told me that he would kindly ask the car in front to pull up if I couldn’t get around them. I’ve NEVER experienced a more pleasant encounter with a ChickFilA employee. I hope more people in this world model his attitude and actions in their everyday life.

Even when i just want a bag of their delicious ice, they have terrific service. They do so many things right. They pay attention to the details and get it right.

First time customer. Small menu, average chicken flavor, chicken soup good, mack n' cheese was very good. I will explore more of their menu.

Left out my sauce even after asking at the pickup. And order was slightly messed up. Food was delicious and my grandbabies were very happy.

Always great! Wanted 2 large diet lemonade...that's just what I got! Service A+

This location always has AWESOME service! We dined in during our experience. Customer service was AMAZING! We received our food order ACCURATELY, and within three minutes of ordering. Restaurant was moderately busy, however, overall—the condition of the restaurant was satisfactory. The indoor playground is a plus! All equipment was in good repair, and the playground is large enough for several children to play at one time.

Its chick fil a need I say more lol. Always great food and service.

One of the better organizations in American! Need to bring back the brownies though!

Still best service anywhere! Mints after your meal. Refills without waiting or asking. Gheeze what more can you ask for?
