Chick-fil-A

Chick Fil A has done such a wonderful job of perfecting the chicken sandwich. For years I thought I don't like chicken sandwiches because of other restaurants versions. Years ago I tried a sample handed to me for free and I've been a fan ever since. Beyond that, the service (overall) is very costumer centered. There have been countless times when I have gone back simply because a worker gave a smile and made me feel like more than just a walking credit card to help drive quarterly revenue for the almighty stockholder.

Best service! Fast and friendly. I love that they always say “My pleasure” with a smile on their face. It’s a joy to order from here not to mention the food was popping HOT.

This location is typically on point when it comes to quick indoor service. The drive-thru can be a little slow but its understandable. I'm giving 5 stars because the last time I ate indoors, I misplaced my credit card. After thinking maybe it was on my tray that was thrown out, a few of the staff members gloved up and searched through the trash!! I ended up finding my card once I got back home (my apologies), but i was so grateful that they didn't ignore me and gave an effort to help look. They definitely need a raise for that!

Chick Fil A is Chick Fil A, that's all that needs to be said. But today I tried something new and made my own buffalo Mac n Cheese and it was pretty good!

I was just here yesterday and they are doing a great job with getting customers in and out. When I use to do door dash it was a little slow but if your a regular customer they move pretty fast. I just think if they going to do transactions with gloves they should change them between customers because all they doing is cross contaminating other customers. It’s like a doctor using the same gloves on the next patient.

Pretty average - but average for Chick-fil-A is already above average compared to other fast food chains.

Chick-fil-A is doing an amazing job delivering excellent customer service. The Owings Mill-Foundry location has taken all the necessary precautions to keep customers safe during these times. They have an amazing team of individuals who keep smiling while practicing social distancing. I’m so proud of these heroes.
