Great place for a quick bite. Servers were great too, I just wish it had two cashiers during the lunch hours to get people in and out. I stood longer for purchase then I did grabbing the food off the assembly line.

No matter what Chic fil a is always good... But at this location the employees who work there are very rude and display horrible customer service. They act as if they hate being there, which is understandable... but dont take it out on the customers.

The chicken is cooked alright at this location. But it isn’t a real Chick fil A location. The employees are Drexel Dining staff and you can’t rely on them having the menu item you want on any given day. Plenty of times they don’t have sweet tea, spicy chicken, etc..

The manager quickly corrected my situation with one of the team members who had an attitude! They were out of pepper jack cheese. She quickly came out to help, she went down to the subway to get pepper jack cheese. They hired the right person for the job! Great!

This Chick-fil-A location is quite pricey but you can taste the quality in their sandwiches and fries. Their customer service is on par with that of a well managed customer oriented business establishment. I think is based on the fact that the staff actually like working at Chick-fil-A.

I like chick fil a but this isn’t a real location. They only have chicken sandwich, nuggets and fries. Caters to the freshman population at Drexel.

My favorite fast food place. Customer service always a 10 Food gets done correctly every time. Food quality never decreases. Chic Fil A hands down has won my heart over any fast food spot. Will be happy to return and keep patronizing. Polynesian sauce with the spicy chicken sandwich combo and a lemonade is my all time favorite ! Great idea who ever is responsible for such great food.
