Chick-fil-A

Not the best Chic Fil A but acceptable enough. Food is up to the usual franchise standards but service was slightly off. Multiple items were missing from our order delivery including an entire entree.

The food is good, orders are mostly correct. The one time we had an error, they corrected it without issue. What I don't understand is that we've been in the store a few times now on car trips, months apart, and each time the restaurant floor is crazy slippery with what feels like grease! To the point I'm EXTREMELY cautious when carrying my baby around as I'm afraid to fall. I'm not sure why this isn't mentioned more, as even my husband has commented on it as well.

I don't think i have to tell you how awesome the customer service ALWAYS IS at chick fil-a!! they really take pride in making the customer feel welcomed and appreciated!! Not to mention my order has been right on point 99% of the time.. and they always try to make it right, right there on the spot!!

I'm almost afraid to post this review for fear it may mess up their winning streak. I was an over-the-road trucker and have been to all 48 states. Sadly, I've eaten a numerous restaurants along the way and yet this location and the troy location are the best I've ever been to. The service is above and beyond excellent with the friendliness and professionalism, the food has always been hot and it's always correct. I'm so impressed with everything. (Even the drive-thru people are awesome which is extremely rare in this area). Keep up the excellent work!!

This is the only place I will go to get a chicken sandwich with extra pickle. It's something about those pickles. I just don't know but everyone is just always so nice. And there is no hassle and you get your food in one second. I swear soon as you order it. It's in your hands. I kid. You not try it and see. Chick-fil-A is like heaven

Fresh, good food. Quick, friendly service.

This location is always very busy, but they are decently quick so the wait is normally less then 10-15 minutes. Food has always been good, was a few times they were out of stuff. But being that busy I guess that can happen. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Will return for sure.

It was "my pleasure" to choke down a spicy chicken from this fine establishment!

My order hasn't been wrong. Always a long line. This time we were able to be in and out with food within 15mins. That's good compared to the normal wait.

Ordered breakfast from here. The food was good, as expected from most Chick-fil-A restaurants. However, they got my order wrong, even after repeating back to me what my order was. This is not the first time this happened at this location. The workers seem to have a hard time with communication.

Food perfect wait was too long compared to other locations. I would go back if ever in area.

Always fantastic food and service! I highly recommend this place for any meal. They're breakfast is amazing as well as their lunch and dinner options.

This location is a busy one, but employees were waking down the double line of cars taking orders and payments so that by the time I got to the window, my food was hot and ready. As always, it was delicious!

For being one of the busiest fast food chains in our area they sure do not let it get to them. They are extremely nice and professional and make sure they get everyone through as quickly and accurately as possible. The food has always turned out great and the fries are absolutely amazing!

Absolutely love the food here. Took time to get through the line, but its understandable as there was cars out to the road.
