Overall, not a terrible experience. Up against most fast food joints, this Chick-fil-a is still decent comparatively. That being said, my order rarely gets filled correctly. I order online and then pick up using curbside, and nearly every time, there are either sauces missing, or they put in only two or three chicken tenders when I order the four-piece. And my orders are never complicated, they're literally built into their online menu. There's clearly an issue here with attention to detail. Also, just saying, the people who deliver the food are almost never friendly, which is uncommon for Chick-fil-a franchises.

The experience was horrible this AM, a operate Susan Riley waited on me this AM about 8:25A, she could get not my order correct. I order ed the Meal Minis, asked for strawberry lemonade, we went through this 3 times with my request because of me asking what was the size of the drink that comes with the meal, this crazy lady response 3 times was about the strawberry passion tea that I did not ask for (strawberry lemonade was my request), an upgrade, however when I get to work I tasted my drink guess what its strawberry passion tea which I didn't want. The lady is crazy, need some serious customer service training because when a customer request something it is for the person taking the order to either service what they ask for or let them know that they do not have the product, however I will not return to this location again, will not make a suggestions for others.

This location is designed for take out only or for catering. It is best to use the app to place your order for fastest service, however, even if placing order in advance, I've waited as long as fifteen minutes while waiting for food. If you have another location option, I would consider it. The primary focus here is catering.
