Always great service whether they are quiet on a rainy day or busy for the lunch hour. I'll definitely keep stopping in for their great food and excellent attentive service.

How hard is it to Not put ice on a drink? I always ask for no ice and it’s so annoying when they don’t pay attention to someone’s order. I feel like the customer service is getting worse and worse.

I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years and I can't remember a time where the staff wasn't pleasant and all working very diligently. They do everything they can to get the food out quickly and even have attendants standing outside in the drive thru waiting to take your order via tablet. Also, I have never been more impressed with a group of young people in a working environment. I appreciate all that goes into running an establishment the way you do!Oh, also, of course the food is incredible. That's why it's always so busy! Haha

When we arrived, the drive thru was long. But the employees were outside taking orders curbside. We could pay them or at the window. When we got to the window, our order was ready!! All in all, maybe 5-6 minutes waiting. It was amazing! Kudos to whoever made that decision! It was cold outside, but the manager was out there with the staff taking orders. A great example of customer service!!

Its Chick-fil-A need I say more?! ... just in case its awesome!

Who doesn’t love Chick-Fil-A?!? I certainly do! This location was great. It was not overcrowded during lunch and our order came out quickly and correctly. The staff was very courteous, and the facility was clean and tidy. We will be back for sure!

In the past service here was outstanding it is seriously gone downhill. Today I placed a large order for the whole family through the app my order was completed by the time I got home I was missing a sandwich. I drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant told them I was missing a sandwich. No apology no nothing no offer to make anything right they just made me wait a few minutes and then handed me a sandwich meanwhile the meal that I ordered was sitting at home getting cold and soggy.v Chick-fil-A you're better than this this restaurant needs some serious work

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants for 3 reasons 1) Fast and I do mean FAST service. 2) waffle fries I mean come on! What's not to love here?! 3) Your customer service is top tier some of the best I've ever experienced. Keep up the great job!
