Amazing job . Food is amazing had tried the frozen lemonade for the first time it was amazing

I've never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A. Service is always good and food is fresh.

This location is just off I-95 and surrounded by eight other quick service options. Pass up the other guys and head here. Even though we visited on the Friday evening of Labor Day weekend, and the crowds were very large, service was quick and efficient. Yes there was a slight wait, but better than faster service to eat something that's been sitting under a heat lamp. The staff was smiling, cheerful, not frazzled at all.

Hot fries were dumped on my lap from the order I received. But did not offer to replace it until I asked them to replace and once I got home realized that both orders I had were on the floorboard of my car and they only replaced one order

First time visiting this one in Jacksonville as always great excellent fast service.

I am a Chic-Fil-A fan. This location in Town Center in particular is run by a great team that is courteous, friendly and always on the ball. It seems like every time I go, the drive through line is wrapped around the building. However, it never takes long and they are always friendly and respectful when interacting with customers. I do not know of any chain that offers the same customer service. They all talk like they do, but we all know how it is going through the drive through anywhere else.

Great service I ordered breakfast throguht the app by the time I arrived at the restaurant it was past 10 30 they still gave me my breakfast order. Love them

Super excited about eating what I got at Chick-fil-A to come to realize my bagel is burnt. If you know you cooked a burnt bagel it does not take long to remake something. Don’t serve something you’re not going to eat yourself.

It’s so fun seeing this group of Great workers move the line during this Virus mess! I think this was well put together! Great Job guys!!!

They are an upscale restaurant compared to McDonald's. Their customer service is great and their place is always clean.

Horrible waited 15 minutes and then they said breakfast was over at 10:30?!?!so we had to get lunch that early. Two lines are horrible you have to merge and then go out again. Not enough workers outside and the girl could not understand our last name lease get more workers! But amazing sweet tea!

Who doesn't love chick-fil-a.. They have best staff. Always extremely friendly and without a doubt, HELPFUL! Very family friendly...

Definitely not the chic filet I’m use to. They’re always on top of it but not today. The drive thru was very unorganized and my french fries were cold.

Great service, fast turnaround from ordering to pick up. Clean and staff is friendly. Always packed @ drive thru, so we always go inside to place order (just a personal preference). But, drive thru keeps moving.

One of the Best & Fastest (Fast Food) places I've ever encountered in my life. I was in what looked to be an all the way around the building dual line drive through, that lasted for at most 5-7 minutes from the time of getting in the back end of the line, til I was pulling away with my piping hot chicken and fries.
