The sandwiches were good and the staff were professionals. I only wished it were open on Sunday even for half a day.

I love this place. The only thing is there is no sign that sticks out so you have to know what block it is on. You come in and the staff greet you warmly. If there is a long line, they come out and take your order. You then go to the cashier and give them your name. Try the Frosted Key Lime Shake - it is a sweet and sour tasting drink, but it is delicious. There are plenty of seats in the ace and it is designed so that people who are not eating there do not disturb the guests that are.I will definitely be going back!

This is my favorite Chick Fil A restaurant in NYC. The food tastes great, the place is elegant and costumer service is awesome. I always prefer eating here because the atmosphere is something special and its a great hangout.

Big chick-fil-a with good service. Food is really good and I recommend it. Can get frantic if you go during the afternoon rush

Needs work on the whole flooring set up. Looked messy and unorganized. (Could of been just that time I visited but kinda doubt it.) The staff themselves were even better than my nuggests and fries. The nuggets an fries were really good I was just saying :)

First of all, let me say that this is one of the worst layouts I have ever seen in a fast food establishment. As you walk in , most of the seating is located within the center of the restaurant which is horrible. Sitting there and having a line around you waiting to order with the tables so close to each other can feel so claustrophobic . You can't really enjoy your food without someone breathing down your neck . It's also a breeding ground for germs to spread. Getting on line is confusing because you have the long walkway on the right which doesn't specify entrance or starting point and on the left side you have these stairs . Both sides lead to the beginning of the registers which causes confusion and arguments. As for the Staff's attitude... Were do I begin . They don't come off friendly and I definitely did not get a greeting from them except for a "next on line". Overall not a favorable location that should be avoided. Just go to another location if it's possible.

Never thought I'd give a bad review about Chic Fil a but this location needs some work. The wife and I ordered a chicken sandwich and had to stop eating it a quarter of the way in. It was that bad..under cooked it looked like. I wasnt sure if it was because of all the kids they had working in the back but you could definitely tell there service was lacking.

We love coming to this location. We've literally been coming since the day they opened. There's a lot of seating and the lines move pretty quickly.

Awesome restaurant, very fast service- staff was fast, but not rushing you, like "get out of my way" fast. Food came out hot and quick! And, very clean place.

So i was there during rush hour and the way the staff took care of us was highly professional and they were really courteous. Will visit again.

They should keep a better track of what items they have. I payed for a grilled chicken meal with a gluten free bun. As I was waiting for my order a worker came and asked me if I could have the multigrain brioche bun. I said no because I specifically paid the extra for the gluten free, not because it tastes better but because I was allergic. The worker came back a couple of minutes later and asked if I just wanted the fillet because they had no more gluten free buns, not even offering a refund or an item to make up for the 13 dollars I paid for a meal, with a bun included in the price.

Food is good but service is just like McDonald's nothing better. New Jersey locations has awesome service but NYC don't accept anything like that.
