Chick-fil-A

I love Chick Fil A, but this location consistently lacks customer service. Last visit they rang up the wrong item on my order. I went up to have the order corrected, the staff member admitted she made a mistake but a young manager started to make it right he would only charge me .89 cents for lettuce and the tomato...I asked are you serious? You've got to be kidding me. You in put the wrong order, admit to it, and then charge the consumer to right your wrong...terrible customer service.

What a restaurant. Very exceptional service. Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Menu items are always fresh. Go there to have the fine dining experience of fast food concept.Family atmosphere.

Pretty much the best chick fil-a Branch I’ve been to. The food is consistently good. The service is great too. The drive through lines are super long but they move fast.

I love this place. The children's meals are so accomadating.. You have your chicken nuggets, drink and many choices for sides. Most time I choose fresh fruit because it's always "fresh fruit".. that's for me haha. Kids gotta get their own.. Food is fresh and you can turn in the toy for a free ice cream cone.. what is better than that. Oh I know! Taking a walk to the play area. I take my guy to play and I end up playing with all the kids for a couple hours. Beats rainy days any day. I love it..

Hair wrapped around my chicken nugget. Accidents happen. Jus yucky

Nicest people on earth. Give them a direct ticket to heaven. Fast service and food obviously amazing!

I had a real know it all server once (younger guy with glasses) kept making condescending comments. Besides that one time I find the service to be above average and the quality to be great

Great food, Great Service, very clean. They even clean the playground for the kids on a regular basis. Their is one known fact that I can say about this location as well as most other locations from this chain. They will. Be. Busy!! The restaurant is packed especially around rush hour. The drive through, even though they have two lines will be packed. Especially do to the fact that they share lots with big names like Target and Costco. But. With that being said. They still keep things moving quickly and efficiently. Been here many times and cant remember a time they got my meal wrong. Great place!

Reliably excellent food and polite staff. Table service offered if you have to be waiting for more than a short time for your order. Minus 1 star because the drive-through line was exceptionally long. (However that is common to ALL Chick-fil-A locations I have seen in the DC metro area.) We never saw lines anything like that during a dozen years in the Atlanta area! In this case I needed to go inside anyway to its not a problem.

I decided to take all three kids out for dinner by myself tonight. I didn't realize what an undertaking that would be since they're all under 6 years old but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at our table to help me out. I'm so happy with the level of customer service! A special shout-out to Sarah and Sam for making this experience wonderful!

Biggest headache is getting to it. Parking lot flow stinks. Service was great and wait not too long. Food is consistently good

They get your order right most of the time. People are really nice. They are probably the busiest location since the next chick-fil-a is in Ashburn.

This chikfila maintains quality of food even with 20+ customers in line wither it is drive thru or in store.

The food is always good and fresh. Staff is always friendly and professional. Love this place!
