Chick-fil-A

The place was just organized clean and neat, the workers were courteous, smiling engaging with customers. My cashier was very patient as I was undecided of what to try and just had questions and she was very helpful with her answers. The food was delish! I tried the chicken spicy sandwich and the mac and cheese and oh my oh my it was the bomb! 😊 My experience was a WONDERFUL experience! 😊 May God continue to bless this Food Franchise!

Food is always phenomenal and the service is amazing. Highly recommend the Chick-fil-A. Duck was tasty and cooked perfectly. Favourite restaurant in NYC!

It's alright, I don't really get the hype anymore but I did think it was cool when it just opened up. I think Popeyes chicken is unbeatable in terms of fast food chicken, so I think this place must be known mostly for their Chick-fil-A sauce because it isn't the sandwich itself. I got the regular original chicken sandwich with no Chick-fil-A sauce and it was incredibly underwhelming. I'd pass on that, so don't make that mistake and forget the sauce.

great service... no other fast food chain can compare to their professionalism and service.. they trained their employees well, and they seem happy all the time.. Customer service 101.. take care of your employees and they will take care of your business and customers

It has a good area for the line to form and they take your order on ipads when its crowded so that its quick to pay when you reach the front. Once you have your food, you can go upstairs where there are a bunch of seats. They have a bathroom upstairs for customers and they keep the place clean even when its crowded like it was when I was there.

Not having places like this in the rest of the world is what’s wrong with the world. Chicken was so succulent it brought a tear to my eye. In other chicken establishments that tear is needed to create some moisture for the meat.The waffle fries were like eating clouds and strips / nuggets were beaut. Salad was there to make myself feel better after I smashed it all.If you go to NY / US and don’t have this you’ll never understand.

Five stars for the food and 1 star for public opposition of gay marriage. "Going forward, our intent is to leave the policy debate over same-sex marriage to the government and political arena."Nah, not a reversal.

This Chick -fil- A is Awesome. They serve the best food in fast food and they use real chicken no breaded or flour on the food . Excellent services.

Fast and friendly service! Food was great and fresh. Would've been five star if bathrooms weren't locked and due to the busy location it needs some more seating. Cleanliness was on point as well

The service is fast, very very fast. I haven't even finished paying and the bag was ready.Staff is nice and patient.The food is pretty average: soggy fries and tasteless chicken burger. The nuggets were good and the sauce is amazing.The price is very good and the menu has a lot of options too.

I enjoyed the grilled chicken nuggets They should make buffalo wings with that sauce they have.. always a great visit!

Had me some egg white grill combo here one chilly, drizzly morning in November of 2019, and it warmed me right up! The ambience on the second floor (or is it first floor? Not very sure with American buildings) was peaceful for being located at the heart of Manhattan, but it may have been because it was so early. The staff was friendly, and had a pleasant breakfast there, watching one of l the greatest city in the world slowly waking up to face a new day.

The staff is very busy but very nice and patient. Food is good.
