Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is a chain that follows a formula so it can be consistent from store to store. But everyone knows that some locations do this better than others. My overview is that the food is fine, but this location is slightly below the average due to a couple of issues. 1st, if it is a busy time of day you might find getting in/out of the parking lot difficult, or even dangerous. The drive-through cuts off every parking space and entering the store on foot means being careful. 2nd, the trash bins (particularly outside) need some extra attention. Clean facilities lead to the happiest experience.3rd, on my 2 visits the number of staff was below what was needed. This led to a counter with only 2 cashiers while the line was halfway to the door. My conclusion is that this store gets the food right, but flow and capacity seem to be a limitation to becoming a great Chick-fil-A location.

Sister loves spicy chicken sandwich, employees are very good there

It was my first time ever going, and what I had ordered was delicious. The lady who took my order was very helpful, and patient. She even helped me decide what to eat.
