This review is for the curbside service. My kids love this place and we have never had an issue with this establishment anywhere. The allure of Chick-fil-a is that you get your food fast and the order is always correct. We had to wait awhile for an associate to come out and when he did he politely notified me that the mac n cheese would take 20 mins to cook. I was surprised at the wait time but no problem, just sub it for a fruit cup. I did notice a missed call from them after so they did attempt to call me. However when they brought the food out they told me they were out of kids disposable mats and also realized when I got home they forgot my waffle fries. Not mad or anything, just really bizarre service from Chick-fil-a. Curbside could use some streamlining.

This Chick-fil-A was very rude and reprimanded me in a less than customer friendly way. I moved to get pickup my order and an employee rather rudely told to move out the way they were trying to serve other customers. I wasn’t blocking the cash register and hadn’t intended to be in the way. Had they just asked me to politely to step to the side instead of the rude tone I would have had no issue. It was the way they handled it that bothered me. If I wanted to be yelled at I would have gone to McDonald’s.

I have never had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A. The staff is always extremely kind and the food is always fresh. The management is top notch as well! I was once a dollar short and the manager covered it for me so I could still eat. Another time I ordered grilled nuggets and they apologized that they had to make fresh nuggets and it would be a minute. Then they gave me a free sandwich for my wait. Like, what!? I was happy to wait for fresh food, but they go above and beyond here.

Waited at curbside for 45 mins and no one came out to tell us they weren't serving us (even with preordering) if it rains.

Improperly worn PPE, no curbside despite the giant painted wall that says "curbside". Tigertown cfa is much much better.

Custom orders so they know the food is fresh. Asked for a spicy deluxe American cheese extra pickles. The food was super slow getting here and was not exact.
