The service was awesome. I always have a wonderful experience eating here.

The only chick-Fil-a I’ve been that charges for water. Not to worry I’ll take this one off my stops.

Service was quite fast, and courteous. Our food got to us quickly. The quality of the food was up to their usual standards - I have never been disappointed when I patronize a store in this chain. I will be back there again if I find myself hungry in this area again. Recommended.

They forgot salad dressing and fork. We were passing through from VA.

Incredibly friendly staff!The atmosphere is also friendly. It is nice to be inside and not hear or see employees bickering or rolling their eyes. Just really nice. It seems the guests are nice as well!!It is my favorite place to go for iced coffee and frosted coffee. It used to be McD's,but not anymore. I'm tired of paying for bad attitudes and inconsistent food prep. I'm glad I finally went in!!I find their whole process interesting and impressive. I could sit and observe all day.

Chick Fil A in Chambersburg, PA is the best fast food restaurant in the world. Everyone is so nice and they are very efficient. The drive through moves quickly. The order is always right and the food is always fresh and delicious. Thank you so much.

Very polite workers. Food hot, made to order. Worth the wait. No self refill on drinks. Ketchup behind counter, I am not a fan of begging for something like that.must be a reason for that. Display of nugget sauce was great . Very clean.

It is always busy! But the food is great and what you would expect. Mac and Cheese is a nice kids favorite addition. There is also a nice indoor play area for the kids. Just what you would expect from Chick Fil A so bring your appetite. Friendly staff and good service
