Nice place and comfortable place but not to spend time with the family. the price is very expensive.

Long wait. Only one register open on a Saturday. The cook makes an announcement that there is no flour to fry the chicken so if you want a sandwich your only option is spicy chicken. No nuggets, besides the two 8 counts left. No milk shakes. No Chick-fil-A sauce. Someone needs to get on top of their inventory! Cashier was the worst!

I came here yesterday to get food and there was a sign on the door that said you had to order carry out or delivery through door dash, postmates or Uber eats. Ok makes sense since there is no drive through and we are quarantined. Two other people showed up and were waiting outside with me trying to figure out the apps. None of the apps gave the option to do pick up, just delivery. So I drove home and paid extra for delivery. Then I got my meal and none of the sauces I requested were included :( I requested two sauces for my sandwich and two for the fries. I don’t know if that’s my delivery person’s fault or chickfila but honestly it was really frustrating experience and didn’t want to make me order from chickfila again. Appreciate y’all being open and feeding people during this time but just wanted to share this. Without chickfila sauce I may as well have gotten McDonald’s. I paid $23 for this meal too, which is ridiculously steep for fast food without sauce.

This place treats their customers with no respect whatsoever.

Chick-Fil-a is supposed to be known for its service but unfortunately this branch fails to live up to the standard. They survive given the lack of competition on and around Georgetown campus but will shut down early if the employees don’t feel like working til close

This is a lifesaver on campus-easily the best fast food option, and they have a pretty large eating space as well!

Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes for a milkshake to find out they didn't have my order right. No apology, nothing even tho its their screw up AND the manager did NOT even acknowledge us as he walked by 1p times. Would never ever recommend this place. CFA should be embarrassed!!!

It's ok. My sandwich & fries were good/fresh. Staff seemed nice. Only downside I saw was that they started closing & shutting down the shake machine around 7:20pm, but supposed to be open until 8pm.

I love chick-fil-A, but the quality and service at this location is just depressing. The chicken and fries are often overcooked, but on one occasion I realized that some of my chicken was nearly raw. Beyond that, when you order food, the employees make you feel as though you are an inconvienece.

Fresh food.

Bad service.

How is there a Chick-fil-A on a campus AND right next to a hospital that closes RIGHT AT DINNER TIME on a weekday!?!?
