This place is great. They get you in n out fast. Very friendly. Food pretty good too.

My car wouldn't start in the parking lot and when I asked if someone had jumper cables in the restaurant (in the middle of a rush) 2 Chick fil A employees rushed to help me with my car problems and offer me a free meal. This is service you truly cant get anywhere else in Toledo.

The place was clean. Staff had great customer service! I welcomed with a smile. It's great to see people care about being nice!! Food was awesome too..

It was extremely busy there, but the service was fast and great. The food was seriously good. S lot better than most fast food places. Don't hesitate to go regardless of the wait. You,ll be glad you waited!

Delicious as always. The egg white grain muffin is my favorite! I dont feel bad about eating it with grilled chicken in the morning. My family loves the biscuit. I love the huge foam cup too. Ice lasts. Not to forget the service. Your staff st ever restaurant I have ever been to are genuinely friendly and respectful!

You can't go wrong with this chicken. Always freshly made and absolutely delicious.

Super fast and amazing food 10 outa 10 service and food.

Decent location, newer establishment. Service was good, the place was clean, skimped on fries, got a large and barely filled. Chicken was good, mac and cheese was amazing but they also barely filled the bowls which is sad for how much they charge.

Katie and Zarah? are both the most disrespectful employees in chick fil a history. Katie is supposed to be a manager. She refused to give her name, refused to give the information of her superior, and any information pertaining to our dissatisfaction. She doesn’t belong in customer service at all. As for the other girl. She had a customer before myself who took a very long time and asked a lot of questions. When I pulled up I was trying to order and wasn’t allowed to breath in between words. She cut me off through out the whole order. Both of these ladies need to brush up on their professionalism, patience, attitudes, etc. However there was the BEST, gentle, soft, kind young lady “Madeline” (I hope I got that right). Who was very apologetic for all of it. She was kind and listened. I was heated and upset. Her kind words brought me down a few levels and I let her know I was very pleased to end my services with her. So Thank You to her!
