Great atmosphere, great staff, prices are a little high but it's worth it

Excellent food and service as always. New macaroni and cheese is delish.

I hardly ever eat at a fast food restaurant. Mainly because I don't like greasy food or half filled french fri containers. I will say that the staff was friendly, (like they actually wanted to be there), polite, and very efficient in taking my order and bringing it to me at my table. so much more refreshing and enjoyable than having your name or a number called out and having to go pick up your food at the counter. My sandwich tasty not greasy or dry, the fries were almost too many they did go a little heavy on the ice in my drink that the only downside. The place was clean, what more would you like from a fast food restaurant?

Love there customer service and there chicken is very Gd with Chic filet sause and there lemonade frosty is just so Gd I wanted another one LoL 😆

ALWAYS fast and friendly service even when busy. They offer a law enforcement discount which attracts alot cops. Its makes the place feel more comfortable and safe in my opinion. My personal experience with the food is it is always hot and or taste fresh. Even when they make a mistake from time to time they are quick to rectify it with and apology and smile. Never once encountered a nasty attitude from the taste and or the other patrons dining there. Literally one of my favorite restaurants to sit down and eat in.

It's always a great place. Except sometimes drive thru doesn't listen to what you ask for as far as sauces. I asked 2 times and was assured they was in the bag got to looking and it wasn't. Had to go in then. So I want use the drive thru again

Not usually a big fan of Chick fil a In Lancaster but decided to give it another try today after hearing of their recent upgrades and new staff, however I left just as disappointed as usual. Cashier was a girl named Titanna who was very rude and was more focused on what was going on around her than taking my order, at one point she spilled tea all over the counter and cups and handed it to me before cleaning it off. Prices are more expensive than most fast food places and quality really isn't any better. Was told they added Mac and cheese to their menu but of course I was told they didn't sell it at this location. No ice in my drink, fries were cold, service was bad, prices were high, and chicken was nasty. Will not be going back. Only gave it a 3 star because of cleanliness and their improved drive thru window.

This is a great Chick-fil-A! I'll stop usually once or twice a month. Last week stopped by, had my heart set on the grilled nuggets, and the line was so long, I almost went on by. I was in and out of the drive through in less than five!

Always exceptional service. Even with long lines move pretty fast. Get the app for rewards and free food/beverages.

As is normal, very courteous. The sandwich was not quite up to par, (not crispy batter) but could have been a one off problem

My food is always right here. They always get my order the first time and act like they care about me. The ice they have is the best! Their fresh lemonade is my favorite drink from here. The ice cream machine always works too! My children love that it still has a playground they can play on after we eat. Chick-fil-A is always a good choice for food in this house.

Food was great as always! But the customer service when trying to call is the worst. I have been trying to call to receive a receipt from a catering event we did and no one will answer the call or mail box is full.

Great restaurant. Nice people working there. We were there at lunch, a busy day, it still took only a few minutes to order and get our order, and the food is always Great.
