Surprised at these reviews. Been here countless times, it was a go-to spot for some family get togethers for a time. It's a small cozy family run restaurant that's not terribly overpriced and is a bring-your-own-wine with the SAQ next door, what could be better?I always go for the soup to start, then have noodles with chicken and veg enjoying it with some red wine and usually finish off the meal with coffee or tea. Of all the times we've been, I can't recall any of us ever being dissatisfied. The family has always been super nice to us, always provided excellent service. Never any issues with the food, taste, quality, presentation or portion wise. Scratching my head here over the bad reviews.I say go for it. Don't whinge about it not being "authentic".

Surprisingly good!

You always get a good solid healthy meal with BYOW, which is nice. The chicken broth soup starter is really good. I always get menu entry 'E' (Beef and shrimp brochettes) which never fails. Service is friendly, brisk and professional. I always go there when in the area. Been going there for literally decades; could use a face lift.
