Understaffed and the counter staffseems more interested in taking care of Uber eats orders than in the folks that are standing in front of them. Store Conditions also leave much to be desired, floor is dirty, out of silverware and water in the station for those items. Doesn’t seem like the ownership is too interested in service to customers. They need to better staff the restaurant.

I just waited 40 minutes for one single poke bowl and walked out of the restaurant WITHOUT MY ORDER. The restaurant had 3 people actually eating inside. One of which was waiting almost an hour for his single order. There is no organization in the kitchen. There is no communication to the customers. Worst of all there was no apology from the staff nor was there any effort to attempt to make things right. Had I not demanded a refund I would not have gotten it. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

THE RUDEST SERVICE IN THE AREA. The food is great, but the service at this location is particularly terrible. I politely asked a worker for parking confirmation (because its said to be free in the lot, but only 2 rows are actually free), AND SHE PUT HER FINGER IN MY FACE TO SILENCE ME? I don't know who she thinks she is, but no where is it okay for the worker to put their finger in the face of the customer. AND TO TOP IT OFF SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH ME AFTER? Rudest and most unorganized location, they should learn from Coral Gables.
