A taste of the Haitian cuisine in Florida. I found out something new while eating the meal they fry chicken differently than we do in Jamaica but... I enjoyed my meal

The problem is that they are not consistent.Their food is really good sometimes. Is a hit or miss. And that's annoying because you take your chances basically.. Lol. When it shouldn't be like that. There should be a consistency at all times...and i really think their food has potential to achieve that.That's my honest opinion.They seem very nice people too. We remain hopeful! 🙏🙌😋
