Very friendly, never had any problems shipping.

I'm not sure I have ever paid to ship anything here, but whenever I have had a return they have been very friendly and work at a good speed to be able to assist customers in a timely fashion. That's something I never see happen at FedEx/Kinkos. That is why I prefer to do business here.

I have a box at this location and have been extremely satisified. The staff have always been pleasant and friendly. I have been in the store during rush periods and found the wait times to be very reasonable. From my observations, the staff has been focused and efficient during these times, handling the sudden influx of customers very professionally.

This visit, even with a line to the front door when I walked in & only 2 guys working the line, it moved quickly. They efficiently handled each person's needs from simply shipping an envelope or a package to packaging a return for 1 guy. My couple questions were answered completely & I was in n out in under 7 minutes (I looked at the cars clock as I got out & checked when I returned. Pretty fast service I'd say.)Each visit IS different, but on this day, I was especially impressed by the speed & efficiency as they handled the line!

I wish the service at this UPS Store could be replicated across the U.S. The employees here always work at such a FAST pace! They are the perfect example of excellence in customer service! (AND, they are also friendly and happy, even at this hectic time of year!!)

This is the most helpful UPS store I have ever been in. The service is great, and they are so helpful. Josh especially does a really great job up front.

Customer service woman had such a rude tone of voice. Made me angry but other than that I’ve never had any issues. Shipping usually on time or earlier than expected.
