Chef's Catering

Chef's Catering is amazing! I have been using them for 5 years now for my company events. The food is always fresh and prepared with great care and attention to detail. Liza has been wonderful time and time again. When I'm not sure of something, she is there to help with suggestions and has always been spot on. She has gotten me to try new dishes that I don't think I would otherwise . These new dishes did not disappoint. The staff are professional and courteous. Set up and break down are painless for me as I have a lot of other work to do during the course of an event. I will continue to work with Chef's Catering!

We had a great experience with Chef’s Catering. We worked with Jodi in developing our menu and for our tasting, which we were very pleased with. The appetizers we selected with them were filling and well done. Unfortunately Jodi left the team during our planning process, and we were shifted over to Nick. We didn’t have a ton Of interaction with Nick, but I do believe Jodi did such a good job planning that there were very few questions left. At the time of the wedding, I feel everything was very well executed. Our planner had requested that our servers pass a few of our appetizers and bartenders serve the initial round of drinks from a tray. They did this seamlessly and It made the reception feel a bit more elevated. The servers were also attentive to me, the bride, throughout the reception, as they must have noticed I didn’t have time to prepare a plate. I noticed that tables were cleared quickly and I’m told the food stations looked beautiful. All in all, it was a great experience!

Always on time. Always professional. Great presentation and the food always gets compliments. Theresa is the best person I have worked with in all of Charlotte for catering.

I worked with Jodi in Chef's Catering and she was the best thing that I could have come across while planning my own DIY backyard wedding on a budget. She was patient, understanding, compassionate of my lack of awareness of many things, and accommodated so many requests that made customizing things for my wedding super easy. She was just heaven sent for a paranoid bride : ). They were already mighty affordable, but she always gave me an option to go even cheaper (Like arranging for my own alcohol while she offered services to tend the bar). She was super responsive to all my emails and kept sending me updates from her end as well. The servers they sent were very methodical, organized and worked around like professional Ninja's making sure everything was like clock work! They have an amazing range of food on their menu and they are willing to customize anything you want for your event. I'd definitely recommend Chef's Catering to everyone and am definitely re-hiring them in future!

Chefs catered our wedding and we couldn’t of asked for better. The food was amazing as was working with them. Our guests went up for 2nd and 3rds! Jillian was awesome to work with, very flexible and accommodating. We would highly recommend!

The food was great! but not hot maybe lukewarm. The event coordinator Marcy was great to work with. Marcy upgraded our disposable servings to Stainless Steel so that was great! The service was not as I expected. The server arrived at the event about 20 minutes prior to the event. The server was not personable nor friendly. Several of my guests complained about the service. We had about 80 guest and 1 server. Hindsight it should have been suggested we hired 2 servers that actually served the food and not allowed the guest to serve themselves. I spoke with the owner after the event he was somewhat argumentative but agreed to refund a small portion of my money.
