Hidden gem, way better than cheesecake factory

CHEESECAKE!!! If for nothing else check out their delightfully decorated, quirky but quaint interior. The action figures on the wall are a great touch! But, did I mention they make cheesecake? Homemade and daily flavors. Plus you get a cup of hot cocoa. Great for an after Empire Plaza stroll.

Went there several months ago..Very friendly hard working owners ..had a great chat being a business owner myself...Great cheesecake and a hot tea hit the spot! Bravo!

You have to try this place if you are a lover of sweets and/or cheesecake. Hands down, one of the best local establishments in Albany. The nicest folks own this place and have amazing customer service, but even better, they keep coming up with new flavors all the time (100+ and counting, but don't quote me on that). The only complaint I have: I can't keep up with all the new flavors added to the menu!!

The best cheesecake in NY! Yes, I said it... in the entire state of NY, not just within the Albany area. NY is known for three things: pizza, bagel, and cheesecake. Mind you, I'm a recovering sweet addict and I still cannot resist the temptation at Cheesecake Machismo. They have over 100 different flavors; seasonally, per requested by customer, or sporadic creativity from the owner. For $5, you get a slice of cheesecake and small coffee. My favorite is still and possibility will continue to be caramel pumpkin. The interior of the shop is corky, retro, and small.

Very great place to go for cheesecake. I am so happy to have another option other than Cheesecake Factory. If you haven’t been give this place a try!!

Had the pleasure of living around the corner from this fine establishment. Amazing cheesecake. The priority is on quality, not quantity. Great character in the ordering space and awesome service as well. Find a better cheesecake and tell.me about it.

A hole-in-wall diamond near the State Capitol area of downtown Albany. It is a very small place - just two tables - but has some truly delicious, carefully crafted cheesecakes made fresh in the shop and served by its creators. The cheesecake flavors are delicious and wholesome and the cheesecakes themselves are carefully designed. One 'warning' - they run out of cheesecake frequently due to demand and their fresh supply! Once they run out for the day they're done. There's a good amount of street parking around the location. A truly delicious find and better than many - if not all - of the cheesecakes I've had even in major metro areas.
