Great food and service. I have never had a bad (or for that matter, a mediocre) experience here. The food is always great. Appetizers, small plates, salads & entrees are wonderful. Service is friendly, quick and attentive. One of my favorite places to go with family.

I do love Cheesecake Factory but it is expensive. I have tried many things and never had a bad meal. The kids meals are pricey for their size. Should include some veggies. I like the steak tacos, salmon, chicken piccata, Romano chicken with pasta and lots of their salads. Salads are huge and delicious. December gift card deal is great Buy a $25 gift card and get 2 free slices of cheesecake. That is around $16 in free dessert.

Soooo good! The portions are giant. The food tastes great. Certainly a good place to eat.

A very nice restaurant. Our waitress was attentive. The cucumber lemonade was great. The tuna poke over kale salad was good (and there was enough leftover for lunch the next day

Great cheesecake, average food for the price. I definitely recommend that cheesecake. Crab bites were pretty good. Red sangria was good. Orange chicken was not very good.

That's place usually has good service and the brown bread they give you is pretty tasty. I do enjoy the sugar around the rim of the strawberry lemonade drink glasses. The food seems to be a little overpriced for the quality of most of it. Also the cheesecake is good. It can be a little rich sometimes. The Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich. Was alright. A little bland though. And the turkey was kinda hard on the edges.

I love going to The Cheesecake Factory! It’s located in the West Towne Mall in Madison WI. So many options on the menu for food choices. Every time I visited The Cheesecake Factory the staff was amazing! The best part of all of course is the cheesecake! So Delicious and yummy!!

I want to say thank you to our server. Jason R. did an amazing job. We remember him from last year and today we were extremely happy to get the experience at Cheesecake Factory with his help. Jason is very experienced, friendly and polite. Great food and outstanding service! We will come back again!

If I could give less stars I would..... there are places far better and worth the wait and money and the customer service anywhere else would surpass this establishment.

We go there often as we love the ambience. Usually we sit at the bar. Very good service by the bartenders. The drinks are awesome. Their complimentary breads and butter are the best.

I'm really not sure why this place has so many stars. My only guess is the cheese cake. We had an hour wait for our food. One friend had her meal for free because it was even longer. I had the bone in New York strip. The steak quality looked like it came from one of those trucks that drive around selling cheap steaks. I'm guessing maybe 8oz for 22 dollars. I had a ranch salad as a side and omg seriously the worse salad in my life. It tasted like dandelion leafs with a touch of butter milk poured on it. Not to mention my girlfriend got the Alfredo. That tasted like it was microwaved from the day before.

The Cheesecake Factory is an amazing upscale restaurant. There's cheesecake of course. You can also enjoy Burgers, salads, steaks and even fish. The menu is quite large. Our food was delicious. For an appetizer we had pretzel bites. I had a flatbed mushroom pizza. He had fish and chips. Our waitress was very friendly. Her name was Natalie. The atmosphere was very Charming. The price is a little expensive, but very worth it!!! The only disappointments were, my margarita came in a martini glass, and the wicker chair didn't really fit the ambiance.

This place won't disappoint. Our waiter, was very generous and kind Food was great and the Cheesecake gave me the shivers. Chicken Samosas - Cilantro-yogurt dip is really nice

Food tasty, third time we asked them to hold main course until we were finished with the appetizers. Barely started with appetizers, main course arrived!. No place to put all the dishes on a table for two.

I got the Reese's peanut butter cup cheesecake and nowhere in the description did it say walnuts. Btw, who mixes walnuts with Reese's? Cheesecake factory, you need to change the recipe for that and take out the walnuts.
