Slow slow slow staff is unprofessional unfriendly waited an hour and we still were missing food! just overall a bad experience

If you go after 10 expect a 30 minute to even an hour wait in the drive thru. Tonight we went to one drive thru, waited 10 minutes, 2 or 3 cars in the other drive thru got to place an order and go, someone came over the speaker to take our order we started ordering then he said wait, so we waited. Another 10 minutes goes by, they were still taking orders at the other drive thru but completely ignored the one we were in. We saw so many cars come and go and the man who told us to wait just never came back, ended up giving up on the drive thru and going to the front.

Food was so delish. Looking forward to a return trip. Prices were appropriate. This place has many reviews for a reason.

True on occasions as of lately and they will have one window open and tell you to pull up, so their serving time rate goes will reflect the served you promptly (NOT!), but they are not on point! I just sit and make there serving time register "you suck so bad right now! I want corporate/The owner(s) to know! "??? private owner franchises are sketchy (some are). You're on notice! ?

Makes absolutley no sense how slow this place is,very bad customer service,why is it still open with this kinda service

Lol google asked me to be a local guide. So i get this notification that someone has a question. Lmbo!!! Thought it would be a general question. This was hilarious. Made my night. I am sorry to hear you had a not so pleasant experience there. Its like I don't expect to much from this checkers. ive had not so great experiences here myself.
