The food here is excellent not too expensive and the girls behind the counter or gorgeous

This was some of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I waited at the drivethru speaker for 15 minutes without a response then drove around to the window after another 20 minutes because I was trapped in line only to hear the server at the window say " oh if you didn't place your order at the speaker then I can't help you" which outraged me...! The nerve! If you arent there to make money and render service then why is this place still open? I would never ever foot this place again and I beg you not to as well...for the sake of your time and sanity. Less than one star...negative 30 stars

Customer service was excellent, nice and clean and my food came out really fast

It's Checkers burgers and fries which are great, but the location had been getting a little run down. The floors, walls, ceiling and bathrooms are damaged, sticky, dirty and unclean. It's a shame because it's in a prime spot on FSU sports days. I hope management talks with the franchise owner about renovations.

The staff was very pleasant & welcoming. The service was amazing & punctual. Great job!

Food was delicious as always with any Checkers. The service needed some help. Took forever to get our food out to us. When you only get a set amount of time for your lunch you can't wait 20 minutes for fast-food.

Ordered dine in and waited paiently for over 20minutes..they gave my food out twice. Once out the window and then to someone else at the counter although i was standing right there. The other customer returned it and they tried to then give it to me. I waited for it to be re made again. I Tried to get a refill and stood at the counter while everyone walked right by staring at me and said nothing. I reached around and got my out. They were on their phones, scrambling around and obviously had no idea how to cook the order or communicate. Atleast have some hospitality. Also it was very dirty, all the tables had food on them, floors and bathrooms were dirty. Terrible all around.

I was really stoked by the fact that they weren't indoor Checkers but the food was cold. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. My burger was sloppily done. I don't have a lot of high expectations for Checkers, don't get me wrong, but even the one on Apalachee is better than this. The attendant was really nice despite being super rushed and having a huge line of people.

Great snack food place.

Always affordable, most of the time super hot and fresh food, love their seasoned fries! Sometimes super busy but that's to be expected at a good place.

Cheap in price and quality too. Place was not clean and staffs are unprofessional. Staffs eat and drink at the counter where they handed out foods to customers. We could not find a clean table there even though we were there well after the lunch rush. Bathroom stank and floor was wet (not because of mopping). Good prices on the food, but that still not enough to get me back to this dump. May be Checker are not meant to have a dining area because they really doesn't know how to manage one. And again., I couldn't help but wonder what's going on behind those drive through window at a regular Checker location.
