I don't eat at Checkers often enough to know their menu so it takes me a few moments longer to get my family's order correct. That said, the people at the window are hit or miss with their politeness. Love their apple pies and the fact that they're 2 for $1. Their shakes aren't bad either. This location doesn't usually seem busy, but again, I'm not not a frequent customer. Sunday afternoons have never been busy

Difficult to get employee's attention to get order taken. Lots of loitering inside the building. Long wait time. Food is hot, fresh, and cheap. Best fries ever!

The atmosphere around the location is terrible. Folks drinking and getting drunk outside and in the small lobby. Hanging out like they are at home sitting in the ledge of the pickup window and didn't even want to move.

Needs a little faster service. And get rid of people hanging around not buy anything at the walkup window and lobby.and out at the tables selling weed and smokes. Harassing people verbally when they don't.

Drive-thru cashier's attitude was bad, didnot fill icecream cups up and conducted unsanitary practices with her hands. Very displeased with the service.

I personally LOVE Rally's and Checkers, but the 63rd/Ashland (60636) location has the WORST service that I've ever had at any restaurant. At the Drive-Through last week, I waited for 20 minutes before they attempted to take my order, they had no shakes, no wafflecone fries, and were busy giggling and talking instead of trying to take my order. Having had enough, I requested some common sense, they were WILDLY offended and told me that I was not allowed to order.

The food is ok. But location is not safe. There is always people hanging around outside of the restaurant. Bad for business.
