Best fries I've ever had. These have so much flavor ketchup is not needed. The Big Buford are excellent burgers. Don't miss the incredible Apple pies covered in cinnamon sugar, they were 2 for $1.00. Sign up for their emails and they send you coupons for things like: BOGO free Big Buford, $1.00 large fries, etc.

The building can definitely use some updating and construction work but the food is exactly how I remember it from when I was a kid. Although it was very upsetting find out that they did not have strawberry banana milkshakes!OMG!!! I'm so sorry I forgot to mention the absolute amazing customer service I received from the associate. Her manners were absolutely amazing and was extremely helpful in suggesting a difference food option to try as I hadn't been there in a long time and she did say that she was sorry that there is no banana left for the strawberry banana milkshake. I wish all fast food places around this neighborhood serve their customers a little more like this place does!

They are open 24/7, they were probably closed temporarily for a couple reasons. I don't know when or where you went but believe it not there was a incident recently where a employee attacked a customer with got grease. Yes, i know crazy! However that was defeat in the city. If your speaking of the one on the Blvd. Something could of stopped working, the could of had a day to clean and shut down for business. If you concerned you could always call and ask if not that concerned just go back. Like I said they're open 24/7 I've never been there where they're closed could have been a religious holiday for the owner I don't know but they are open 24/7 if you want to know why like I said just call if not just go back and enjoy yourself they do have good grub and a huge selection not necessarily healthy but you only live once ?

Was at 8001 roosevelt boulevard the worst service will NEVER go there again telling all my friends I was the only customer waited while the worker make and ate her sandwich and was on the phone. I LEFT WHAT A WASTE IF TIME
