Checkers

The workers there last night were the nastiest I've seen there or anywhere. Tell .e what the purpose of wearing sanitation gloves if you're going to touch another person's head set or any for that matter and go back to touching or handling the food without changing gloves. Yeah they lost a customer yet I'm only one but if they got caught this time they'll do it again and lose more.

Waited 20 minutes in line to get food. Pulled up to the left hand lane only to be told after siting there for a minute that the lane was closed. Pulled around to the right lane and sat for 10 minutes while the two cars in front of us ordered. Ordered then sat for another 5 minutes. Got to the the window and it looked like there was only two people working. Waited another 5 minutes for our food only for it to be cold. Only good thing was the employees were nice.

Service was quick but the food lacked what I remember from eating @ Checkers years ago...

Rude people every single time we come through. I'm done spending my money on a company that really doesn't care about the customers. Went to get one of their specials and the guy was trying to charge more when the signage tells the customer differently. Needless to say this place lost $40.00 worth of food tonight. Went to Steak n Shake instead.

If I could give zero stars I would have. I don't understand how this location is still open for business. My wife and I just stopped there and walked up to the wak-up window to order because we wanted to eat at the picnic tables outside. We stood at the walk-up window for 10min waiting to order. The employees seen we were standing there waiting and just ignored us. Finally after 10min of waiting we gave up and walked back to our car to leave. I decided I wanted to walk back and see if I could find the managers info so I could call them and complain. As I walked back up the one employee opened the window with a pair of tongs with a partial bag of fries in the tongs and stuck them out the window as he leaned out looking for us. I informed him we gave up on them and was looking for the managers information. He closed the window and went back to doing nothing! I will never come back to this location again and I will advise EVERYONE I know the same!!

The food here is awful. I used door dash on a Saturday night and it took over an hour and my food was disgusting... my chicken sandwich was hard as a brick and the rest was cold. I’ll never order from them again.

I had a good experience at checkers today. The food I ordered was hot and taste really good. This place is not bad for cheap fast food. The 4 for $3 deals are excellent for a family budget!!

When I am telling you this place is horrible, it is. I was just there and the manager was rushing me to order my food once I ordered the gave me old fries and a chicken that was already out of the frier for a while. The place is dirty inside and they have a garbage can right next to the stove literally right next to the food. I wouldn’t go back is beyond nasty.
