Fun gathering spot for friends and colleagues with a nice view. A decent job with the brewing. Try a flight and downselect your pour.

The mahi-mahi was delicious. Not impressed with their seasonal brews.

The restaurant is very nice. Beer and cocktails are good. Service was extremely slow. Calamari as appetizer was very tough. Asked if they accommodated dairy intolerance and they said yes. They brought the grilled fish, once I started eating they came back and told me the potatoes had butter. They said they’d replace them for fries. Once they brought the fries they said they had butter on them. Left the restaurant hungry due to the small portions.

Good microbrews but they don’t allow you to sample the seasonal brews in tasting flights. Bar nibbles are good and change fairly often. I recommend the sausage platter. They really pull out all the stops for special events and make a fantastic set menu. Regular restaurant food is a bit hit and miss.

I found the restaurant to be very expensive. The bar was EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality of food and beer served. I would rather eat for 25% of the price and better quality elsewhere in town.

Everything here is great! This time we ordered the pork chop and the lobster. Each was amazing. All the appetizers and bar menu are equally as good. Great beer on tap! Chill atmosphere! You won't be disappointed!

The location is good for guests at Hilton. Nice views from the restaurant. The food is good, the service is friendly and of course beer is great. Good for kids as well.

Great atmosphere, food and beer. I would have given this place a 5 star, but I don't feel it was as good as the cost. It is expensive.

As a visitor from the states, I was at the Brewery three of five nights in Chatan. Maybe I just like beer but I enjoyed not only their IPA on tap, but also the sausage bites the first night. In my second visit I just enjoyed the beer at the bar and for my last visit my colleagues joined me for a delicious meal. Each of my group had a different entree while two of us had Tiramisu for dessert!I had to purchase a logo glass to bring home. Enthusiastically recommended for dining and beer!

All the hype about the beer is false, it's mostly cheap corner cutting beer to avoid Japanese beer tax. Yes it's fresh lager, but so is most Orion lager on the island. I wouldn't call it craft beer, I feel like I've tasted it's kind before, they must be using a similar recipe... the food is way over priced more like $5 dollar fast food quality. The only thing this place has going for it is the staff and the location (reason 2 stars and not 1). I can find better beer and food, for half the price, elsewhere. I think some of these reviews are paid for...

Excellent delicious fast and professional.... highly recommended

Had the stout it was decent for a craft beer. The bar area was busy. The bartender Divina is awesome!! Attentive and on top of everything.
